Ascend Receives $750,00 in Funding for Expansion of Services

We are very excited to share that Ascend Nonprofit Solutions has received a $750,000 funding award from an anonymous source that will allow for the expansion of Shared Services to four new agencies over the next 18 months. Specifically, funds will enable us to hire the staff needed to build capacity for expansion and recruit new partners.

This is an important investment that lays the foundation for future growth. Because of our Shared Services model (where partners collectively share in the cost of services provided), we do not have the capital to hire new staff until new agencies come on board. Seed funding through this award enables us to hire six employees up front, and as we implement new partners, the model will perpetuate expansion.

This comes at an exciting time as we are focusing on our strategic growth plan to serve more nonprofits in need of Shared Services. We are incredibly grateful for this investment in our mission and recognition of the value we offer the community.
