Communities In Schools Celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month

Communities In Schools (CIS) “surrounds students with a community of support, empowering them to stay in school and achieve in life.” CIS reports that nearly 30% of the students they serve identify as Hispanic or Latinx. As a result, they are highlighting these students for Hispanic Heritage month. Here is one of the stories that celebrates the diverse student body.
