Smart Start Unveils New Name for Community-Wide Early Brain Development Campaign

Our partner agency, Smart Start of Mecklenburg County, launched their brain development campaign in October 2018. This has been a very successful campaign thus far; however, Smart Start has chosen to rename it to better align with the initiatives. You can read the full press release here.
